Apple Is At It Again, Files New Lawsuit Against Samsung In Germany

It seemed like things were going quiet on the legal battlefront between Apple and Samsung. Had the two companies reached a stand-off of sorts? Today’s news suggests not, as Apple is again filing suit against Samsung in Germany. This time Apple is going after almost 15 devices in a design-related patent lawsuit.

Even though Samsung released the Galaxy Tab 10.1N in Germany Apple is still filing suit against it for it’s design, even though a court already said that an injunction against those sales would be unlikely. But as with this whole situation, the outcome remains to be seen. Is Samsung still infringing even with their redesigned tablets?
